Following the release of our first and very successful '2016 Lunar New Year - Year of the Monkey' Limited Edition Chocolate Art Collection as well as our 2016 Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival celebration ‘Moon Cakes’ Bouchées, we are please to introduce our latest release: 2017 'Year of the Rooster' Chocolate Art Collection. This highly original Gift Set, Collection and/or Series are an ‘East-Meets-West’ creative that is custom designed and hand-crafted for the Chinese New Year celebration. The Chocolate Art products feature specific sweet ingredients for their symbolism in Chinese traditions including; Prosperity - Good Fortune - Longevity - Wealth yet are crafted using modern French based chocolate-making techniques.

The ‘Year of the Rooster’ Chocolate Art Collection features a soft ganache made with different fruit-based liquid caramels as well as a contrasting textural element. All of the chocolates are painstakingly hand-painted with cocoa butter colours scheme - mostly red and gold - in different artistic patterns. The Wild Sweets® 'Year of the Rooster’ Collection is sold in gift boxes of 12-units (168g @ 14g each) and features the following assortment of flavours;

  • Kumquat Orange Caramel Ganache & Citrus Honey Nut Cream / 金橘焦糖伽納徹和柑橘蜂蜜堅果醬

The Wild Sweets® ‘Year of the Rooster’ Chocolate Art 'Bouchée' Series is reminiscent of a cake for its symbolism of 'rising fortune' and features 3 textural elements including; a 'dough' component in the form of a buttery French 'Sablé Breton' cookie. A baked caramel nut jam made with different nuts & seeds. And lastly a soft ganache made with different fruit-based liquid caramels. The Bouchées are enrobed in our own bean-to-bar dark chocolate and painstakingly decorated with a disc of almond paste ‘printed’ with a rooster head design and hand-painted with ‘sparkling’ cocoa butter colours. The Wild Sweets® 'Year of the Rooster’ Bouchée Series is sold in gift box sleeves of 4-units (128g @ 32g each) and features the following assortment of flavours;

All products are packaged in our exclusive in-house custom designed and micro-run produced Limited Edition Wild Sweets® FoodArt photo-graphic art custom print gift box showcasing an illustration uniting the numeric year and rooster theme as one drawing. Each gift box / set is sold in the customary individual red gift bag, red rope handles and gold silkscreened branding. 

All chocolates must be stored at 16°C/60°F or less, away from heat and/or sunlight. Best consumed within 2-weeks from date of purchase.
