Cocoa Bean 'Chocolate' Tea


Our unique all natural 'Chocolate Tea' is made entirely from pure in-house roasted cocoa beans / husks only - no sugar and/or any other ingredients except for a touch of vanilla bean powder. We suggest brewing the tea in a cup or tea pot with a lid. Heat water to about 80°C as boiling water would release too much of the chocolate volatile aroma. Fresh lemongrass and/or fresh citrus zests maybe added to the brewing tea for an additional aromatic touch.

This unique sugar-free infusion is a healthy beverage alternative to coffee as cocoa beans are rich in powerful antioxidants such as polyphenols and naturally contain very low levels of caffeine (less than 10-times that of coffee per serving).

Net weight: 6 tea bags Yield: 18 x 250 ml cups based on 2 tea bags per 1.5 L of water.

Serving/Storage:  Cocoa Bean 'Chocolate' Tea should be stored at room temperature (± 16°C/60°F) inside the sealed foil bag. Best consumed within 6-months from date of purchase / receiving shipment.
