The purpose of this sessions to provide visitors with an introductory look into bean-to-bar chocolate-making by walking through each step of our production process in our artisan micro-batch chocolate lab factory. Expert guided by one of the ‘25 Best Chocolatiers in the World’, you will explore the how's, why's and science behind the journey from cacao farm to Wild Sweets® finished chocolate confections.

During our 'Tasting Tour' sessions, visitors will learn about all production steps prior/during/post chocolate-making as well as taste some chocolate at various stages of production from roasted cocoa beans to finished single origin bar.

Factory Tours are free and offered on the hour every Saturday (unless posted otherwise on our website) at 1:00 / 2:00 / 3:00 PM. The tasting tours last around 30-minutes and are on a first-come first served basis unless phone or email reservation (604-765-9507 / info@dcduby.com) is made ahead of time to guarantee a seat*. For safety reasons, closed-toed footwear is required and we ask that all guests be over 8-years-old. Due to the intimate size of our production space, tours are limited to twelve (12) seated guests maximum.
