This Wild Sweets® Constructivism confection features our novel take on the salted caramel ganache with a few twists. Our version features our own 70% crushed cocoa bean dark 70% chocolate emulsified with fresh cream, salted butter and vanilla.
The smooth buttery caramel filling with it’s perfect balance of salty and sweet filling is encased in dark chocolate 'Candy Bar-like' shape moulds. And each 'Candy bar' is lined by hand with whole honey roasted almonds. The almond Candy bars are then coated in dark chocolate and sprinkled with a touch of Chardonnay oak smoked salt.
Elegantly displayed in a gift sleeve packaging tied with a raffia / cloth ribbon, these are great stocking stuffers, fun office gifts and/or perfect for snacking!
