This Collection is an ‘East-Meets-West’ Limited Edition that blends French techniques and Japanese aromatic ingredients while focussing on seasonal local fresh fruits. Each chocolate has two texturally contrasting fillings including a creamy-crispy spiced Praliné nut butter & milk chocolate cream laced with French ‘crêpes’ cookies.
The second filling is a rich and smooth Ganache emulsion made with our own house blend 70% crushed cocoa bean dark chocolate. The chocolates are hand-painted with different cocoa butter colours in an artistic ‘minimalism’ pattern. The collection features the following assortment of flavours;(from left to right);

Serving Size: Sold in gift boxes of 12-chocolates (@ 14g each).
Serving/Storage: Chocolates must be stored at 16°C/60°F or less, away from heat and/or sunlight. Best consumed within 30-days from date of manufacture.
