The Wild Sweets® ‘Crispy Praline & Fruit Ganache’ Chocolate Heart Collection combines a nutty hazelnut praliné and a creamy fruit based ganache, each providing a texturally contrasting filling.
Specifically, a crispy lace cookies in a milk chocolate and nut butter praline cream along with a soft ganache made with our own cocoa bean to bar chocolate and different fruit purees. All of the chocolates are painstakingly hand-painted with cocoa butter colours in different artistic patterns.
The ‘Crispy Praline & Fruit Ganache’ Heart Collection is packaged in our custom concept gift box that includes a graphic heart drawing printed sleeve and the box is tied with gold foil printed satin ribbon. And features the following assortment of flavours;
Serving Size: Avaiable in gift boxes of 12-chocolates | 4-chocolates gift sleeve | 2-chocolates ballotin (@ 14g each).
Serving/Storage: Chocolates must be stored at 16°C/60°F or less, away from heat and/or sunlight. Best consumed within 30-days from date of manufacture.
