This is our Wild Sweets® Chocolate Constructivism version of a 'Candy Bar' that is all about texture! Our version of these classic takes 'snacking' to another level of deliciousness - 'Snap, Crackle & Pop' never sounded or tasted so good!

PEANUT CARAMEL - The base is a crispy crêpe flakes, milk chocolate and peanut butter praline cream. The top portion is a French Style fresh cream and salted butter chewy caramel studded with roasted peanuts. The Candy Bars are coated in 70% dark chocolate, and a touch of chardonnay oak smoked salt is added to finish this new-classic treat!
ALMOND GANACHE - The smooth buttery caramel ganache filling with it’s perfect balance of salty and sweet is encased in dark chocolate 'Candy Bar-like' shape moulds. And each 'Candy bar' is lined by hand with whole honey roasted almonds. The almond Candy bars are then coated in dark 70% chocolate and sprinkled with a touch of Chardonnay oak smoked salt.
APPLE BANANA CASHEW - the smooth ganache filling with it’s perfect balance of fresh fruit notes is encased in dark chocolate 'Candy Bar-like' shape moulds. And each 'Candy bar' is lined by hand with whole roasted and salted cashews. The cashew Candy bars are then coated in 70% dark chocolate.
