Our Créme Brulée Cookie Sandwich are designed to provide a different mouth-feel sensation and contrasting textures. The composition for these ‘Sammie’ - cookie sandwich - starts with a cookie made with Cocoa Bean to Bar chocolate pieces, brown butter & roasted peanut baked to a ‘soft and crispy’ texture. It is then filled with one of the following version;
Truffe Nama: an emulsion of Cocoa Bean To Bar dark chocolate ‘Truffe Nama’ ganache, sweet butter and a slow baked crème brûlée cream filling
Peanut Butter: an emulsion of all natural / no sugar peanut butter, white chocolate and slow baked crème brûlée cream filling

Servings: One cookie sandwich sold in a clear bag @ 140g / 5oz each
Serving/Storage: The ‘Sammie’ Cookie Sandwich is sold 'Frozen' and can be kept in that state for up to 4-weeks (-18°C / 0°F). For best results, thaw in the fridge for a few hours, overnight is best. Once thawed, product must be stored in the fridge at all times and consumed within 48-hours. This cookie sandwich is best consumed the same day as thawed.
