This product is available by pre-ordering online with minimum 17-hours notice (no later than 7:00 PM the day before) for PICKUP ONLY at our Factory Store - No Shipping or Delivery options are available.
We design our Crème Brûlée French Macaron Cookies to provide different and contrasting textures. We use ground almond flour and egg whites to make the cookie. We fill the macarons with a vanilla bean silky creamy baked Crème Brûlée cream emulsified with a little sweet butter and different aromatic elements. The composition for this Limited Release menu rotation includes;
RED - dark cocoa bean to bar single origin Peru Ucayali and freeze dried fruits (strawberry / cranberry / plum) Crème Brûlée
WHITE - white chocolate and double vanilla Crème Brûlée
BROWN - dark cocoa bean to bar single origin Peru Ucayali Crème Brûlée
YELLOW - dark cocoa bean to bar single origin Peru Ucayali and espresso coffee Crème Brûlée
Serving Size: Sold in gift box of 4 macarons @ 16g each.
Serving/Storage: We require a minimum 17 hour online pre-ordering. We do not use any preservatives, so we sell the macarons refrigerated only. As a result, you must store in the fridge at all times. And we recommend eating the same day, but must be consumed within 48 hours maximum. The perfect serving condition is cold from the fridge. And that is the best temperature, texture and aroma.
