This series of Nut Cream Infused Travel Cakes are our version of the typically referred to 'Coffee or Tea Cake' in North America, but taken to another level of 'taste & texture' complexity. They are inspired by the French 'Gateau de Voyage', which are referred to in French pastry shops as 'Cake'' and our unique version of 'Hazelnut Chocolate' features the following elements;
Super moist hazelnut sweet butter cake lightly punched with a fresh brewed Earl Grey vanilla & Tonka bean infusion. The cake is topped with a dark chocolate 'Cremeux' cream and finished with a hazelnut praliné whipped Chantilly cream covered with crushed roasted hazelnuts and French sablé cookie crunch.

Servings: 400g / 2-3 servings depending on portion size (suggested 130 / 150 g per serving)
Serving/Storage: This dessert is sold 'Frozen' and can be kept in that state for up to 6-weeks (-18°C / 0°F). For best results, thaw in fridge for a few hours, overnight is best. Once thawed, product must be stored in the fridge at all times and consumed within 48 hours. We suggest removing dessert from the fridge about 15-minutes before serving to allow dessert to reach the perfect serving condition (temperature, texture and aroma).
