This our Wild Sweets® Constructivism novel take on a time-honored classic: 'Marshmallow'. Our unique version is different from the traditional as it is whipped to a cloud-like consistency and then 'firmed-up' with 100% pure dark chocolate liquor – marshmallow are usually too sweet so no need for any extra sugar! And lastly flavored with peppermint oil just for the holidays. The marshmallows are then rolled in unsweetened cocoa powder, coated in 70% blended dark chocolate and finally covered in our own version of a ‘chocolate & nut granola’.

Each ingredient brings a new flavor & texture profile taking this classic 'snack' to another level of deliciousness! And it is a great stocking stuffer, fun office gift and/or perfect for snacking!
