Our French Crème Brûlée Macaron Cookies are designed to provide a different mouth-feel sensation and contrasting textures. The composition for this Macaron series starts with a ground almond flour and egg whites cookie. It is filled with a vanilla bean silky creamy baked Crème Brûlée cream emulsified with a little sweet butter and different aromatic elements. The composition for this Limited Release menu rotation includes;
RED - dark cocoa bean to bar single origin Peru Ucayali and freeze dried fruits (strawberry / cranberry / plum) Crème Brûlée
WHITE - white chocolate and double vanilla Crème Brûlée
BROWN - dark cocoa bean to bar single origin Peru Ucayali Crème Brûlée
YELLOW - dark cocoa bean to bar single origin Peru Ucayali and espresso coffee Crème Brûlée
Serving Size: Sold in gift box of 4-macarons @ 16g each.
Serving/Storage: We do not use any preservatives so this product is sold 'Refrigerated' only by pre-ordering online and must be stored in the fridge at all times / consumed within 48 hours. Enjoy the macarons cold from the fridge as that is the perfect serving condition (temperature, texture and aroma).
