TOFFEE - our unique version of the chocolate nut ‘Toffee’ is distinctly different. Our toffee caramel base is made with vanilla and salted butter, some baking soda (for a lighter & crispier texture) and chockfull with chopped roasted hazelnuts. The nut toffee is then rolled thinly and cut into small squares. Once cooled, each square is coated into our own 70% dark crushed cocoa bean to bar chocolate and finally into more crushed roasted hazelnuts.
BARK - our novel version of the Bark is not just sheets of chocolate with roasted nuts. Instead, our bark is made with our own blended crushed cocoa bean dark 70% chocolate that is all about texture. Our bark feature puffed rice, roasted hazelnuts, sweet coconut, dried cranberries, dried apricots and finished with a touch of salt.
FLORENTIN - our novel version of the time-honored honey French 'Florentin' is made with local ingredients whenever possible including honey, sweet butter, lots of nuts (peanut and/or almonds) as well as an assortment of dried fruits such as cranberries, apricots and/or other tropical fruits such as red dates.
