Our Cocoa Bean To Bar Chocolate Macaron Cookies are designed to provide a different mouth-feel sensation and contrasting textures. The composition for this Macaron series starts with a ground almond flour and egg whites cookie. It is filled with a soft fruit gelée as well as a Cocoa Bean to Bar chocolate ganache made with different fruit purees and/or aromatics. The composition for this Limited Release menu rotation includes the following;
RED - Dark BTB chocolate ganache flavoured with raspberry puree | Lychee fruit and rose water pâte de fruit
BROWN - Dark BTB chocolate ganache flavoured with blackberry fruit & London Dry Gin | Mandarin orange pâte de fruit
ORANGE - Dark BTB chocolate ganache flavoured with mango fruit puree | BC-Local fresh apples and fresh orange (juice / zest) pâte de fruit
Servings: All macarons are sold frozen one cookie per container.
Serving/Storage: When frozen product can be kept in that state for up to 4-weeks (-18°C / 0°F). For best results, thaw in fridge for about an hour. Once thawed, product is best consumed the same day and must be stored in the fridge at all times up to 3-days.
