Our Créme Brûlée Cookie Sandwich is designed to provide a different mouth-feel sensation and contrasting textures. The composition for these ‘Sammie’ starts with a cookie made with brown butter, roasted peanut and 70% dark chocolate chips baked to a ‘soft and crispy’ texture.

It is then filled with an emulsion of all natural / no sugar peanut butter, cocoa Bean To Bar dark chocolate ‘Truffe Nama’ ganache, sweet butter and a slow baked crème brûlée cream filling.

Serving/Storage: The ‘Sammie’ Cookie Sandwich is sold 'Frozen' and can be kept in that state for up to 4-weeks (-18°C / 0°F). For best results, thaw in the fridge for a few hours, overnight is best. Once thawed, product must be stored in the fridge at all times and consumed within 48-hours. This cookie sandwich is best consumed the same day as thawed.
