Our Crème Brûlèe Cake Verrine Desserts are based on time-honored classics yet taken to another level of creative sophistication. The inspiration for this dessert verrine is based on the traditional Devils Food Cake with its fudge icing. Each layer provides a distinctly different texture element resulting into our own unique take of this new classic and includes the following;
Super moist chocolate cake lightly flavored with brewed coffee
Slow baked crème brûlée cream emulsified with some white chocolate to set the cream without the use of gelatin.
Extra smooth salted butter & vanilla caramel ganache made with our house blend cocoa bean to bar dark 70% chocolate
Whipped dark chocolate Chantilly mousse topped with some chopped peanuts
Servings: Single dessert sold in recyclable container
Serving/Storage: This dessert is sold 'Frozen' but we offer the option of 'Ready-To-Eat' with minimum 24-hours notice. If you would like us to condition this product, select the 'Ready To Eat’ box before adding to cart. When purchased 'Frozen', product can be kept in that state for up to 6-weeks (-18°C / 0°F). For best results, thaw in fridge for a few hours, overnight is best. Once thawed and/or purchased 'Ready To Eat', product must be stored in the fridge at all times and consumed within 48 hours. We suggest to remove dessert from the fridge about 15-minutes before serving to allow dessert to reach the perfect serving condition (temperature, texture and aroma).
