This East Meets West Dessert Cake is inspired on popular Asian type flavours yet crafted using European techniques and/or ingredients. This dessert cake is based on Japanese ingredients such as matcha, anko, goma, and European white chocolate. Specifically, the dessert cake includes the following layers;

Light French 'Genoise' style cake flavoured with Japanese green tea (Matcha)

Homemade toasted sesame seeds paste (Goma) white chocolate ganache cream 'Nama' style

Japanese sweet adzuki red bean paste (Anko) mousse

White chocolate whipped ganache Chantilly cream decorated with a rasping of strawberry cocoa butter and dark chocolate petals. Branding tag is not edible.

Servings: 6-8 servings depending on portion size. Cake is 6" (D) x 3" (H) / 1125g

Serving/Storage: This dessert is sold 'Ready To Eat' by pre-ordering online with minimum 17-hours notice (no later than 7:00 PM the day before) for PICKUP ONLY at our Factory Store.

Product must be stored in the fridge at all times and best consumed same day / within 48 hours.
