Our Intensely Créme Brulée Cakes are designed to provide a different mouth-feel sensation and contrasting textures based mostly on one leading ingredient aroma - chocolate - and specifically features the following texture elements;
- Cookie made with our own cocoa Bean to Bar dark chocolate pieces, brown butter & roasted nuts (hazelnuts and/or peanuts) baked to a ‘soft and crispy’ texture
- Milk chocolate and slow baked crème brûlée 'Cremeux' soft cream
- House blend cocoa bean to bar dark chocolate mousse
- White chocolate whipped Chantilly cream
- Decor of chewy chocolate brownies cake, crispy crêpes cookies hazelnut praliné crunch, hand-painted chocolate petals and rasping of roasted hazelnuts. Branding tag is not edible.
