This Intensely Chocolate Cake is designed to provide different mouth-feel sensations and contrasting textures based on one leading ingredient aroma - chocolate - and specifically features the following texture elements;

French sweet butter sablé cookie crunch) baked to a ‘soft and crunchy’ texture

Chocolate brownies cake that provide a moist and slightly firm texture.

Milk chocolate and crème Anglaise (milk + egg custard base) 'Cremeux' soft cream

Crushed cocoa bean to bar dark chocolate flourless dark chocolate cake with a fudge-like texture

Crushed cocoa bean to bar dark chocolate sabayon mousse

Decor of white chocolate whipped Chantilly cream, cubes of Truffe Nama chocolate truffles, rasping of cocoa liquor, hand-painted chocolate petals. Branding tag is not edible.

Servings: 7" x 3" (OD) / 1450g / 8-10 servings depending on portion size [I.e. 180g / person @ 8 slices].

Serving/Storage: This cake is finished fresh to order and must be stored in the fridge at all times. Best consumed same day as purchased / up to 48 hours
