Limited Release Cake - Mango Cheesecake Pineapple Cointreau Gateau

LIMITED RELEASE: This cake is available for Pickup at our Factory Store between April 22 & May 22, 2022 and/or until supplies last.

This Limited Release Gateau is our deconstructed take of the classic baked New York Style cheesecake, which we reconstructed as a multi flavours / textures layers gateau. Specifically, the designer gateau includes the following components;

• Sweet butter almond French Sablé cookie

• Roasted almond & matcha 'Viennois' biscuit infused with a matcha tea and Cointreau punch

• Pure mango fruit ‘cremeux’ emulsified with a baked cheesecake cream

• Pineapple William pear juice and slow-baked Crème Brûlée mousse

• Decorated with a yellow cocoa butter velour spray, cream gelée, French macarons and hand-painted chocolate leaves. Branding tag is not edible.

Servings: 1160g / 6-8 servings depending on portion size [Suggested serving = 145g / person]

Serving/Storage: This cake must be stored in the fridge at all times and consumed within 48 hours of purchase.
