This Limited Release Gateau features BC-Local fresh strawberries and aromatically synergetic elements and specifically dairy notes such as cream cheese, sour cream, butter and white chocolate and features other pairing flavors and textures including;
- Sweet butter / almond French ‘Sablé Breton’ mixed with cookie flakes baked into a unique high texture base

BC Local fresh strawberries - lightly dehydrated to intensify flavor and reduce water content - baked over a NY Style rich and moist cheesecake
- Vanilla mascarpone, strawberry puree custard and whipped white chocolate Chantilly 'Diplomat' cream

Classic cream puff turned into a very novel cake 'biscuit' with a pillow soft texture infused with sparkling wine and strawberry puree punch

Decorated with a red cocoa butter velour spray, strawberry fruit jelly, hand-painted chocolate décor, mini French macarons and whipping cream gelée. Branding tag is not edible.
