Our Mango Matsutake Icewine Chocolate Confit is handmade in true artisan fashion. Dark golden caramel is prepared in micro-batches, finished with salted butter and Sencha Japanese infused green tea cream.

The base is then emulsified with a pure mango / passion fruit puree mixture aromatized with fresh BC wild matsutake mushroom and a hint of cinnamon bark. And finally with our own cocoa bean to bar Trinidad single origin dark chocolate,, deep-roasted sweet hazelnut butter and Canadian Icewine resulting in a fruity and most delicious nutty chocolate-caramel spread.

Our sumptuously smooth confit is perfect accompaniment to butter toasted ciabatta bread, French toast, warm waffles or pancakes and/or toasted crumpets. And paired with a glass of Icewine, cappuccino, or hot chocolate.

Serving Size: Sold in pasteurized sealed glass jars @ 125g per jar.

Serving/Storage: Spreads must be stored away from heat and/or sunlight [16°C/60°F or less is optimum]. Best consumed within 2-months from date of manufacture. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 30-days.
