This series of Petite Crème Brûlée Cake is inspired by our regular 'Designer Cakes', but 'dressed down' so that they can be offered via our 'Same Day Delivery Service'. As per the designer cakes, each elements of the cake are designed to provide a different mouth-feel sensation and/or contrasting textures. The composition features different complementary aromatic elements including;

Moist roasted hazelnut 'meringue-style' sponge cake infused with a coffee Kahlua liquor punch

Coffee infused hazelnut praliné and slow baked crème brûlèe 'Cremeux' cream

Soft dark blended bean to bar chocolate and vanilla ganache

White chocolate and hazelnut praliné whipped Chantilly cream topped with roasted hazelnut & almond sablé cookie crunch

Servings: 400g /  2-3 servings depending on portion size (suggested 130 / 150 g per serving)

Serving/Storage: This dessert is sold 'Frozen' and can be kept in that state for up to 6-weeks (-18°C / 0°F). For best results, thaw in fridge for a few hours, overnight is best. Once thawed, product must be stored in the fridge at all times and consumed within 48 hours. We suggest removing dessert from the fridge about 20-30 minutes before serving to allow dessert to reach the perfect serving condition (temperature, texture and aroma).
