We create specialty truffles on a regular basis based on classic French techniques yet featuring 'East Meets West' flavour / texture alchemy.
Our Truffle ' Gift Sleeve features a chocolate truffle shell filled with a chocolate praliné cream or aromatized ganache, Each truffle is then hand-rolled in the traditional rustic presentation of cocoa powder, toasted seeds and/or roasted nuts. And elegantly displayed in a gift sleeve packaging tied with a raffia / cloth ribbon. We offer the following flavour options including;
HAZELNUT COFFEE - dark chocolate shell, hazelnut butter praliné spiced with ground coffee and aromatized with vanilla bean powder rolled in dark cocoa powder.
SESAME RED BEAN - white chocolate truffle shell filled with a peanut butter praliné and red bean paste rolled in caramelized white chocolate and toasted sesame seeds
MATCHA PISTACHIO - white chocolate truffle shell filled with a white chocolate matcha Cointreau ganache rolled in white chocolate, roasted pistachio and matcha tea powder
Serving Size: Sold in gift sleeve of 4-units @ 48g / 1.7oz total
Serving/Storage: Chocolates must be stored at 16°C/60°F or less, away from heat and/or sunlight. Best consumed within 2-months / 1-month for Matcha from date of manufacture.
