This Limited Release Gateau features fresh red fruits, aromatically synergetic elements and unique textures including;
- shortcake cookie made only of 4 ingredients: salted butter, ground almonds, flour and sugar that become a high texture base

Dacquoise biscuit - a classic French roasted hazelnuts meringue style sponge cake with a unique ultra soft and very light texture.
- Almond cream infused with fresh mint, fresh shiso (Japanese herb) and turned into a light mousse.
- Diplomat custard mousse - red fruits (strawberry + raspberry) custard with a touch of butter and cream cheese lighten with vanilla whipped white chocolate Chantilly
- Decorated with fresh red fruits (raspberry and/or strawberry), fresh mint leaves, whipped white chocolate Chantilly and a rasping of freeze dried strawberry cocoa butter. Branding tag is not edible.
Servings: 1320g / 8 servings depending on portion size [Suggested serving = 165g / person for 8 slices].
Serving/Storage: This cake is finished fresh to order and must be stored in the fridge at all times. Best consumed same day as purchased.
