This Petite Cake Dessert is inspired on a popular chocolate bar confection yet taken to another level of creative sophistication with all natural ingredients and much less sugar. The leading flavour profile is peanut featured into distinctly different texture elements and includes the following layers;
100% peanut butter, crepe cookies and milk chocolate crunchy base
Roasted peanuts and Kinako (roasted soy beans) French 'Dacquoise' meringue style cake
100% pure peanut butter, Dulce de Leche and roasted salted macadamia 'cremeux' cream
100% pure peanut butter and Dulce de Leche mousse
Elegantly finished with a chocolate and roasted peanuts 'Rocher' coating, handcrafted chocolate décor and French macarons. Branding tag is not edible.
