Our Wild Sweets® Signature Cocoa Bean To Bar Tasting Box Collection features an assortment of our own 70% cocoa bean to bar chocolate ganache made from single origin cocoa beans. The collection assortment is based on two different aromatic series including;
‘Caramel': the ganache are made with fresh cream and liquid caramels made from 100% fruit juices infused with different herbs, spices and/or classic ‘Fleur de Sel'
Pairing’: unlike the traditional ganache made with cream only, this emulsion is first processed as an aroma infusion (under vacuum and/or sous-vide) enhancing the aromatic makeup of the pairing ‘liquid’.
All of the chocolates are painstakingly hand-painted with cocoa butter colours in different artistic patterns and packaged in our Wild Sweets® concept gift box and includes;
