As you maybe aware, last fall we sold our unit as part of our gradual transition towards retirement after 40 years in business. Our journey began in 1984 with a small shop in North Vancouver. Over those 40-years, we've navigated through numerous twists and turns, confronting economic challenges and adapting our focus along the journey. From operating retail and wholesale stores to providing consultancy services to global companies in North America and Asia, authoring award winning books and food styling + photography and more. Although we planned to continue operating from the upstairs kitchen lab until at least the end of 2024, unfortunately, we've encountered some unforeseen issues, leading to the termination of our agreement by the end of May 2024. Consequently, we'll be unable to continue producing various items.And due to climatic challenges,the online store will be closed for the summer.

Looking ahead, we're exploring the possibility of reverting to our early 2000s format, focusing solely on an online chocolate boutique. At that time, each year, we unveiled a new, unique, and highly creative 'Theme' Limited Edition chocolate collection, along with other similar theme individually sold gifts or in assorted gift boxes. These exclusive items were only available for purchase between November and March, and exclusively through shipping. While we don't have concrete details to share at this time, we'll keep you updated via our newsletter channel as soon as new information emerges.
